Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using the TEKAD website (www.tekad.my) and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, and you consent to the processing of your personal data as set out therein.
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Definitions
- “TEKAD” or “we” means ARDIA NEXUS ENTERPRISE (201903315023 (ASO407790-P)).
- “User” or “you” means any person who visits, registers or purchases via www.tekad.my.
- “Payment Gateway” refers to Billplz Sdn Bhd (“Billplz”), governed by its Sub-Merchant Service Agreement.

Eligibility & Account Registration
- You must be at least 16 years old to register or place an order.
- You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep your password confidential.

Social Media Account Registration
- In addition to our standard sign-up, you may create or access your TEKAD account using your Google, Facebook, Twitter or TikTok credentials (“Social Media Account”).
- By choosing Social Media Account registration or login, you authorize TEKAD to access certain information from your social profile (e.g., name, email, profile picture) as permitted by the social provider and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that:
- (a) Your use of Social Media Account login is governed by your agreement with the social media provider.
- (b) You are responsible for the security of your social credentials.
- (c) If you revoke TEKAD’s access to your social profile, you may no longer be able to log in via that provider but can still use email/password login if previously configured.
- Any personal data retrieved via Social Media Account will be handled per the Malaysian PDPA 2010 and our Privacy Policy.

Product Information & Pricing
- All products, descriptions and prices are subject to availability and may be changed without notice.
- Prices are in MYR and exclusive of shipping and any applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.

Payment
- Payment is processed exclusively via Billplz under its User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
- By submitting payment details, you authorize us and Billplz to charge your chosen payment method for the full order amount.

Third-Party Service Links
- The Website may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., Billplz for payments, Ninja Van for delivery) provided for convenience only; TEKAD does not endorse and is not responsible for content or practices on those sites.

Intellectual Property
- All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is owned or licensed by TEKAD and protected under Malaysian copyright and trademark laws.
- You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

User-Generated Content
- Any reviews, ratings or comments you submit grant TEKAD a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, adapt and use that content.
- We reserve the right to remove or edit any content at our sole discretion.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- The Website and all products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEKAD’s liability is capped at the amount you paid in the three months prior to the claim, and we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Indemnity
- You agree to indemnify and hold TEKAD harmless against any claims, losses or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or prolonged inactivity, without liability.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Act 2005, with the seat in Kuala Lumpur.
